  • The returned item must be in new, unused condition. Refunds will not be issued on used or worn items.
  • Exchanges will only be accepted if the wrong size was ordered. Refunds will not be issued if the wrong model or colour was ordered.
  • Zippers or velcro rubbing against certain fabrics can cause a peeling effect during use and/or washing. This is not grounds for an exchange or refund.
